The ACT has some of the oldest public housing in Australia, and the ACT Government is undertaking a program of renewal to improve outcomes for tenants.

The replacement public housing constructed or acquired as part of the renewal program will be dispersed across the metropolitan area to break down concentrations of disadvantage. It will improve energy efficiency for public housing tenants, while also giving tenants the ability to access services that meet their needs and be supported by their local community.

More information is available on the Replacement housing locations page.
