- Land Release
Each year the ACT Government prepares Indicative Land Release Program setting out the Government's intended Program of residential, commercial, industrial and community and non-urban land releases.
Housing affordability has been an important priority of the ACT Government since the release of its first Affordable Housing Action Plan in 2007. Now in its third phase, the Action Plan has produced 98 actions to improve housing affordability. This includes policies such as a requirement that 20 per cent of new housing in greenfield estates to meet affordability requirements, as programs such as the Land Rent Scheme and concessions such as the Home Buyer Concession Scheme and First Home Owner Grants.

The Canberra Construction Snapshot promotes the ACT and region as an investment location by providing information on continuing and planned capital works and construction activities.

The ACT Government Infrastructure Plan and 2013-14 update provides a high-level snapshot of infrastructure priorities over the next ten years based on anticipated need and capacity in the Territory.

- Land Development Agency
The CMTEDD portfolio also includes the Land Development Agency, which is responsible for developing and selling land on behalf of the ACT Government. The Agency is an ACT Government statutory autority established under section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2007.
